• 🏊 In Rainy season pool colour seems to be green due to chlorine reaction with water.
• 🛜 Wifi is subject to weather when there is heavy rainfall and wind.
• 💡 We have Generator in villa but it's only limited to light, fans, charging point. Generally hotels don't have generator facility but we have it.
• 🔨 Any damages to property will be recovered in actual.
• 🚭 No smoking on beds and sofa. Any burns due to hookah and cigarettes on sofa and beds will be charged in actual so please take care of things.
• 🕥 Late checkout is chargeable so please check out in time.
• 🦗 Please close your windows and door to avoid monkeys & flying insects to enter especially during rainy season.
• 📢 No loud noise & music allowed in hotel premise.
• 🫖 Please Note: Kettle is allowed only to boil the water.

• Balance amount to be paid at check-in. No reasons please.
• Please take care of your Children/Adult. Management will not be responsible for any accident near pool or in the swimming pool.
• Food is freshly cooked at the resort, so advance order is compulsory and is available as per menu card.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Cancellation before 7 days is possible once the booking is confirmed, after that it is non-refundable.
